1. Nature of the Service

This website is a decentralized frontend interface (the "Interface") built to interact with the Jackal Protocol. The Interface is a non-custodial tool that allows users to communicate directly with the Jackal blockchain. We do not host, store, manage, or have any access to the files, data, or content uploaded by users to the protocol.

2. User Responsibility

By using this Interface, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for the content you upload to the Jackal Protocol.

• You must comply with all applicable local and international laws, including but not limited to the laws of France and your own jurisdiction.

• The storage of illegal content (including but not limited to child sexual abuse material, copyrighted content without authorization, or any other prohibited material) is strictly forbidden.

3. No Access to Data

Because this Interface is non-custodial and operates client-side:

• We do not hold your private keys or seed phrases.

• We cannot access, delete, or recover any data stored on the Jackal Protocol.

• We cannot see what you store. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible for the nature of the data stored by users.

4. Limitation of Liability

The Interface is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. In no event shall the developer or the entity hosting the frontend (Vercel) be liable for any illegal actions committed by users or for any loss of data, funds, or access resulting from the use of the Jackal Protocol.

5. Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from the use of this Interface shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
